Defines the entire digital ecosystem and outlines how to create the single largest library of ownable, authoritative and inspiring content about Dubai that the world has to offer. Strategy also outlines how to generate and support monetization opportunities across owned and unowned digital properties.




Extensive Content Audit and Matrix

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce asked us to conduct an audit of several websites and make recommendations for how the content can be consolidated into one site.  The attached files demonstrate the scope of one of these audits and the subsequent content matrix, which will help guide the development and management of the new site content.
